What are Beavers?

Beavers are between the ages of 5 and 7.

Beaver Scouts is all about teamwork, cooperation and developing self-confidence. The motto for Beaver Scouts is: Sharing, Sharing, Sharing. A Beaver Scout Section is called a “Colony” and youth within a Colony are organized into smaller teams called “Lodges”.

WHAT TYPES OF ADVENTURES DO BEAVER SCOUTS DO?

• Nature walks/short hikes

• Campfires

• Sleep-overs

• Learning simple first aid

• Preparing a simple meal

• Community projects like food drives & park clean-ups
